Investment Group Acquires Specified Equipment Systems Co. (SESCO)
Under new ownership, SESCO Roofing Products will broaden its product line while continuing to supply the granules, equipment and roofing products its customers rely on.
NEW ALBANY, Ind., Aug. 25, 2026 — Specified Equipment Systems Co. (SESCO) manufactures roofing materials and equipment and mines aggregate products for embedment in roof-coating applications.
SESCO will now operate as SESCO Roofing Products, LLC, under the leadership of a team with decades of experience in the roofing industry.
The ownership transition positions SESCO Roofing Products to build on its established presence in the roofing industry while developing a broader portfolio of products for commercial roof restoration.
The expanded product line will allow SESCO Roofing Products to serve contractors, distributors, specifiers and building owners with a full range of roofing products, including silicone and acrylic roof coatings.
